    Delete your account

Ask us to delete your account and the personal data we hold about you. You do not need to sign in.

    How it works

    1. Send the request below. You get a reference number.
    2. We check that the request really comes from you, and we may contact you to do that. This is so nobody can delete someone else's account.
    3. Once confirmed, we permanently delete your membership profile and your sign-in. We reply within 21 days.

    What we may keep

Records the law requires us to hold, such as donation records (kept for 7 years for financial audit). Anonymous visit statistics cannot be traced back to you. The full list is in our privacy policy.

    Send the request

Use the one you registered with, so we can find your account.

    Other ways

Signed in? You can also do this from Settings, Delete my account, which signs you out straight away. Prefer email? Write to info@thebasemovement.org.gh.
